Dunkin' - Sayreville

Worse dunking donuts in nj. they have an rude girl on the car that commands. it's always chaotic. the orders always come with the worse taste and donuts all smash. never come back, and I live right around the corner, it would be my everyday stop if it weren't that bad.

Walked in to make an order but had been taking a walk. Needed to use the bathroom but I was kept waiting because the manager had to authorize. He claimed the bathroom was closed. Walked out immediately. Manager did not even come out to see the customer. Disappointment is an understatement!!!!!!

They do not follow simple instructions. No forks or napkins. How are you supposed to eat your food??

If only I can give them 0 stars I would. Ordered 8 items only 1/8 is correct (which is a xl hot coffee with just cream on it). Bought a bagel and its hard as a rock!? Iced coffee with no freaking ice?? Hash brown that looks like it was cooked yesterday since its so hard.? And substitute the croissant stuffing with normal croissant sandwich but get this, it looks like it was also made yesterday since its so cold and hard too at same time. Its disgusting how I spent $30 for a breakfast and we can't eat anything, its like they gave us the food that they were suppose to throw in the trash (we threw it out ourselves btw, no one should eat that sht) We were so upset that we had to order on Uber for a different DD store. Spent total for $70 for 3 people just for breakfast cuz of this disaster of a store!!

It was a horrible experience, there is no option for “0” star else I would have opted that. We ordered cappuccinos and avocado toast for an value 30 and the customer service( male) was unable to get my request at the first place and making weird faces. Still we placed the order and opted to eat in.while going the restrooms were closed and asking on the keys, they mentioned we don’t have keys. I would never recommend this place.
