I'm disappointed by the changes to the menu. I visited for dinner on Valentine’s Day weekend and had a terrible experience, and no one ever followed up with us about it. Now they’re offering $20 Chinese dinners that come with chorizo fried rice? That's just not acceptable.

Charming restaurant located in Saylorsburg, PA. Chef and owner Ethan is currently offering a compact Asian menu, as the previous options are no longer available. That being said, the dishes are incredibly flavorful and elegantly crafted. My wife and I shared three of the dishes and enjoyed each one immensely. The portion sizes were quite generous, so we had plenty to take home! The Hamilton provides a delightful dining experience, featuring a lovely atmosphere, and the staff is both prompt and courteous. Additionally, they offer a curated wine list along with a selection of signature cocktails. I highly recommend trying The Hamilton if you're in the area!

I discovered this restaurant on OpenTable and was eager to visit because of their impressive menu and stunning food photos. Unfortunately, we felt deceived when we arrived. They only offered three food options, none of the beautiful dishes displayed in the photos or advertisements. Additionally, they had no gluten-free options, which was very disappointing given that we had been misled by their marketing.

Very disappointed. Stumbled across this amazing looking place on open table. Made a reservation based on the amazing photos on Yelp, wonderful menu, and ample gluten free options. NONE OF IT IS TRUE. We arrived to a completely deserted parking lot. The embarrassed hostess advised they only have 3 choices. None gluten free so no way my wife could eat there. We left. I regret if they are struggling. But continuing to advertise a menu and experience that is not what is available is misleading. We didn't get to eat here, and will never return.

Good atmosphere. Good service. Reservations recommended on weekends.
