Absolutely unsuitable staff. We show up on Sunday morning for brunch, we are annoyedly told to come back at midday, the start time of the brunch service, by a waitress who doesn 't even look at us in the face. Since it wasn 't the first time we consumed brunch in this place and we remembered different times, we specified that we didn 't want to eat the pizza but have the brunch. Nothing to do. We return at 12, sit down and point out to the waitress (different from the first) that the brunch starts at 10 and we express our disappointment. The young lady first states that we certainly misunderstood, then that in any case it was a hellish morning.... in any case no apologies from the first waitress still present in the room. We order (first, however, there is a quarter of 'time to chat with the staff with three friends who had just arrived and were promptly seated) and my daughter orders a toast.... response eh, but you can get that at the bar counter.... we can 't do everything .My husband gets up and takes the toast and a boat of chocolate (which they should have brought us but didn 't, as well as my second coffee).In the end, without a word of apology and with terrible service, we finished eat the last brunch at Fior di grano.
