Caffe Due Merli - SAVONA

An apero sitting out in a lovely square breathing the history of this wonderful city. Kind staff brought to the table a selection of olives, crunchy bread, cheese, jam and traditional fries called frisceau . All great.

It was a wonderful afternoon we had in this little cafe in the middle of the Savona ... This cafe is in front of a residential building with nice windows a madonna statues on the wall watching the locals passing by , it 's a very pleasant italian feel cafe bar ... We ordered 2 beers but it came with free appetizers of focaccia bread , peanuts olives , I think this is the practice in Italy , anyhow it 's a very authentic cozy place to stop for aperitifs .

This place is on a beautiful small piazza. During your walk in Savona you can stop here and drink a nice caffè or cappuccino. The service is very nice and they have WiFi, which is good when you descend from a cruise ship.

Very beautiful and charming place in the historic center of savona. youth and professional staff.
