Vinnie Van Go-go's - Savannah

I highly recommend this restaurant for their delicious NY style pizza. As a native New Yorker, I am very particular about my pizza and I can confidently say that this place does it right. The crust was excellent and the sauce and cheese had the perfect flavor. This is the best pizza I've had since I lived in California and tried Mulberry Street pizza in Beverly Hills.

We decided to visit this restaurant based on the great reviews we had heard. Unfortunately, the interior of the restaurant was closed (possibly due to Covid-19 restrictions), so we had to order outside. I couldn't decide between ordering individual slices or a whole pie, so I ended up getting 4 individual slices with toppings that cost an additional 50 cents each. They also had specialty toppings available for $1.00 each. The drinks were $2.00 each, but they seemed to have more ice than actual soda. The gentleman who took our order was friendly and helpful.

You must try this restaurant. I only had one slice, but it was incredibly satisfying. I only had to wait about 15 minutes, which is not long at all for such delicious pizza. Thin crust is not usually my preference, but this one was excellent! I highly recommend it if you're in Savannah and craving pizza.
