Have spent a week in this establishment Have inherited an apartment with parking view. Noisy, permanent exhaust smell. Otherwise apartment that would need a rehabilitation. Nice place, nice swimming pool. Staff do what they can to make things easier. It could be TRÈS well if we were given the pain. You're welcome!

Second time for me! I had a very pleasant memory in 2021 at the same time. First flat, before leaving impossible to reach the establishment directly, I had to go there 3 times before I had someone. He said that we can arrive until 7pm, we received a call at 6:20pm on the very day very little cordial to ask if we were to arrive soon? A little limit... At the arrival very bad reception, an impatient person and “I don’t care about it” we were told in no way the operation and the course of the stay. The staff is doing its best to address the shortcomings of very/too ageing apartments/equipment, correct base price, but the expensive and anachronistic TV options, wifi are provided in premium mode, for example 45€/week for a 32 TV with very bad tnt for the customer in 2023. Bed linen... you got it. Air conditioning during the particle, 40°C in the day, the night is unbearable. Even with old fans! Viewies in very bad condition for the part located at the bottom of the golf, and car parking without shade. Global warming is here yet!! In short, the award of stars in holiday residence is severely shifted compared to the traditional hotels ... I specify, I am not a golfer and the residence is in the golf park. 2nd experience with the ideal premium formula for summer holidays, everything is included so no surprise of prices: tv, Wi-Fi, sheets, towels and household and more bread and croissant the day after arrival and, 2 cans of fresh drinks and 3 small pots to spread for aero. Ideal location, ease of parking, no noise, possibility to walk along the canal and to pass on the Gallas aqueduct, introduction to the paid golf and very beautiful swimming pool available. The apartments have a very beautiful interior space (bcp storage) and outside. Only flat, the air conditioning missing but a fan available and glass ceramic plates not practical. You have to think of taking a extension for the plancha available and some multiprises. Otherwise good equipment. A very good place to spend a great holiday!
