The Water Tower Inn - Sault Ste. Marie

This hotel leaves little to wish. they looked like they had made dogs in the beds. we told them that the room was unacceptable and it was for pets that they assigned us another pet room, even though we told them we had no pets. this room was worse than the first one so we only got a refund and went down the road to the small motel of the northlander nicely clean would recommend this motel

Hotel rooms need some renovations. I stayed at the premiere bw before and am disappointed by this one- very dated, especially the bathroom. cracked flowing and peeling wallpaper. the personal of the checkin was nice. no breakfast included.

Great hotel and good service. we had an excellent pet-friendly experience with a kitty over the land. pools were great (but quite crowded for the long weekend.) restaurant (casey’s) had a good choice / cheap prices.

Check-in was seamless. they advertised a covered area for motorcycle, but when I asked the receptor that it was not available and there was a promo for them on the recipe I will stay again the whirlpool was great

We stayed for four days in a Signature Room on the 5th floor. Picked up the package that included breakfast and coupon. The room was okay but the carpeting and curtain were old and dated. This look continued through the hallway through to the elevated 2). A sign near the button suggested we take the stairs as a healthy choice Once we got inside, I agreed as the smell, of lubricant and oil was strong. The unit creaked and made some nasty bump sounds at the 2nd floor on decent, and gave a bounce at the lobby floor. The cracked floor and misaligned ceiling tiles finished the look. The restaurant Casey's was a good pub style but sadly only open for breakfast and then not again until 4pm. The lounge was closed on Sunday all day. Our breakfast was a set menu, eggs, toast and choice of bacon, sausage, or ham. Unfortunately the sausage is a hotdog and not great. We blew the coupon on the first night with friend so in retrospect, I wouldn't take the package and just pay for the breakfast that has lots of choices. Our room was okay, but we had received a call the night before offering a room with a microwave... but arrived and no microwave. Not a big deal, and everything else was okay. Service calls for a second bathrobe and extra pillows were positive and fast. All staff were very good in all circumstances. We tried the pool and outdoor hot tub and it was great! In checking out we tried to get a luggage cart but they only had 2 for the entire 175 room hotel. The person at the registration desk did explain to an older gentlemen that they were on order and not available due to shortages (COVID), really? 3 clicks and I found them in stock in Ontario next day delivery. Some investment needed here, but it was okay and the staff was certainly trying at every turn to meet expectations.
