Tim Hortons - Sault Ste. Marie

The owners the McNally’s do not know how to staff the store properly for New Year’s Eve. I waited half an hour in line. I definitely seen a lot of cars come and leave.They lost a lot of business today.

The worst French vanilla i had in sault ste marie. I informed the staff and they replied with a new cup of French vanilla but same.

The Starbucks served tasted like brown water. We did not see a food option. Could have been there, but I did not see it.

Respectful staff. Still had a fair amount of product

The food and coffee were good. We couldn't use the restroom because a lady using drugs was in there and refused to leave, employees did whatever they could to try to remove her from the restaurant. Finally after she left the bathroom was trash. Don't bring small kids to this location too much drug activity. This is not a family safe environment.
