Tim Hortons - Sault Ste. Marie

Wendy's and Tim Hortons here so can grab a bite at both places. Eight booths and two outlets for computer if battery dies. Busy in the evening. Overall located at busy intersection

Excellent customer service, and coffee is always fresh!

I ordered 3 BLT sandwiches, 2 coffee, a tea and 6 donut, $35...When I got to my location (3 hours away) I opened the sandwiches and it was bacon, lettuce on a a plain dry bun! What a waste of money!

Restaurant is closed for renovations so they have a trailer of sorts. Walked from hotel to Tim 's around 8pm. No one was there. Walked up to be told they couldn 't serve me at the window , I had to walk around to the walk thru area because I had walked up to the drive thru area. I asked them while I made the less than 15 second walk around to make me a tea the girl said no . I walked around to the walk thru area, where another worker took my order. They gave me steeped tea which is not what I asked for. Didn 't realize until I got back to hotel. Also 4 on staff overstaffed for that time of night. Unless you 're a die hard Tim 's customer go elsewhere.

Never been so disappointed by a fast food place. Ordered a farmers breakfast wrap combo another breakfast wrap. Was informed they only had two hashbrowns (our order would have 3). Asked to get ride of the combo and have two wraps only. They didnt listen, i had to assemble the farmers wrap while in the car. To top it off the wrap was 90% chipotle sauce, like im pretty sure i got half the bottle in my wrap. I used to work at tims as a teen , its not that hard to follow instructions and assemble food correctly. This is embarrassing.The days we dont order food they can never seem to make our coffee right. Two med double doubles, yet they always ALWAYS forget the sugar in one. Im just stunned how bad this location has become. If it wasnt for being the only open place when i start work id never come back.
