Molitor's Quarry Grill - Sauk Rapids

First time eating there. It took nearly an hour to get a burger and fries. Burger was good but the fries were cold. When I told my waitress, they took the fries and reheated them. When I got the fries back they were to crispy and overcooked. I would have thought they would at least cook me some fresh fries. Besides this the bathroom was filthy. Booth was sticky and gross. Never going back. Not impressed! Food: 2

This place is pretty awesome! The atmosphere is very pretty and fun! The staff here was very nice and was on the ball with keeping our drinks topped off and making sure we had everything we needed. Food was EXCELLENT!! The prices were right in line as well. I will definitely be back. One of the best steaks I’ve had in a while!! Service: Dine in

If I could give zero stars, I would. Was recommended by close friends to have my wedding here. Reached out via email 2/8/23. No reply. Called the restaurant 3/27/23, no answer. Texted the owners personal phone 4/10/23, no reply. Called restaurant again 4/11/23, spoke with a manager who said she’d leave Tammy, who was in a meeting, a message for me and she’d reach out. 4/13/23 fiancé called them, and was told the owner was in another meeting and would reach out. 4/14/23 fiancé goes to the actual restaurant to try and get in contact with them, was told she’s in a meeting and they’d leave a message. 4/14/23, later in day, fiancé called owners personal phone and left a voice message. 4/20/23, texted owners personal phone number again, no reply. 4/22/23, best-friend and bridesmaid who is family of restaurant owners attempted to reach out, spoke with owners daughter, and was told she would relay the message and the owner would be reaching out to me. 4/24/23 sent an email to owners personal email, no reply. Finally, I received an email back from Molitors on 4/27/23 from a manager and the headline stated “ Congratulations on your sons engagement” and “contact our event specialist Tammy at this number to schedule a tour”. I am flabbergasted at the unprofessional of this establishment. Not a single phone call, text, or email returned, and then says congratulations on my sons engagement? When I don’t have a son and I am the one who was engaged and looking to book the venue. Also being told to reach out to their event specialist and her phone number when I was trying for over 2 months to get in contact with her. You would think that a professional wedding venue and bar who wants to make money, would definitely give someone willing to spend money at-least a call back. Would not recommend reaching out to have a wedding here. Save your money and go somewhere else.
