Today I got an online order and when I started eating my quesadilla it had chicken in it. Of course I was already at home and couldn't get back. I attempted callingbut no one would pick up the phone. When you try to contact corporate support they never get back to you. Taco bell does notcare about dietary restrictions or the customer
For the most part the service and the workers are solid, food is usually good, minimal mistakes but for the love of god the dining room being locked constantly is a pain in the butt. If you?re someone like me who places orders on the app to avoid whatis usually a long drive through, it?s quite frustrating showing up and having to sit in the line anyway just to pick up the foodyou already ordered ahead, you just end up having to wait while it gets cold and soggy. At least have some sort of pick up forthe online orders, unlock a door but put a table in front of it or something.
I placed an order through DoorDash, and everything went smoothly with them. However, I ordered 14 items and 10 of them were incorrect! I ordered 4 soft tacos with lettuce, and while they all had lettuce, they were meant for kids. I also ordered 2 combo boxes that were supposed to include a burrito and a taco, but neither box came with a taco! I spent nearly $100 on this order. This restaurant is truly disappointing! I tried calling them, but it seems they mess up so many orders that they’re afraid to answer the phone! I also reached out to corporate, but I haven’t received any response from them either. What a surprise!
I placed an order through the app last night and chose to pick it up in-store. When I arrived, I parked and walked towards the entrance, only to find the door locked with no signs indicating why. The app stated that my food was ready, so I called the store hoping someone could bring my order out from the pickup shelf I could see just beyond the locked door. To my surprise, no one answered; the phone just kept ringing. I ended up waiting 45 minutes in the drive-thru, and when I finally got to the window, I had to wait another 5 minutes while the staff tried to charge me for someone else's order. In the meantime, my food was left sitting on the shelf and had gone completely cold. The employees were not only rude but also clearly incompetent. This experience made me realize that this is no longer fast food.
It was a total disaster. I waited 40 minutes for my order of four tacos and fries. There were about eight other people waiting as well. The staff appeared completely lost, didn’t provide any updates, and kept locking the front door as if trying to prevent more customers from entering.
