Papa Gino's - Saugus

Ordered a cheese pizza and a Thanksgiving toasted today, the sub was honestly awful, the stuffing tasted stale and mushy, and the gravy, usually the best part, tasted off. Not sure what exactly went wrong but it was all pretty not great.

The food was good, but the mouse running across the floor was trash. We climbed on furniture like monkeys and ran for our lives. Mice have no business being that bold. I wonder what that kitchen looks like. I didn?t even Bother to look for mouse droppingsin my food. I should?ve checked.

Marie was incredibly kind and polite, and the gentleman preparing pizzas showed great care by wearing a mask while making everyone's food. I will definitely be a loyal customer for life. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The place is fantastic! The staff is excellent and warmly greets everyone upon arrival, ensuring they are attentive to every order. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for delicious subs or pizza!

The staff during my visit were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the wings were quite disappointing, but the pizza was enjoyable, which is what they're famous for.
