Charlie's Pizzeria - Saugus

I placed my order online, and the price displayed on my screen matched what I paid, which is appreciated. I've had experiences with other pizza places where the price changes when I arrive. So, thank you to Charlie's Pizzeria for being transparent about pricing. The service was quite good, and the staff seemed friendly. The only downside was the online ordering process. Although I was told it would take about 15 minutes, when I arrived, I found out there was a 10-minute delay for my order. However, the wait wasn’t too bad. I definitely plan to return, and who knows, I might update my review to a 5-star in the future.
