Hidden Garden Cottages Suites

Five stars. The location was excellent and the service was exceptional. They even prepared a special breakfast for our visit. The muffins and pastries were delicious. The suite in San Juan had plenty of rooms and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Everything lived up to its advertisement. The room was beautiful, the location was great, the kitchen was well-equipped (including a candy pan), and breakfast was magically delivered to our refrigerator while we were out. This was a significant improvement over traditional breakfast options.

We were in some years not in suckatuck or hidden garden cottages. this visit was as pleasant and enchanting as the previous visits. we loved our hidden garden house (the toskana). the weather was nice and we ate our breakfast every day on our veranda and enjoyed relaxing in the rockers in the evening. gary and jonathan are wonderful hostes and gary is a big baker. the breakfast was delicious and the evening sweet was delightful and a great opportunity to finish the day of going, shopping and eating. it was exactly what we wanted to relax, comfortable, warm and welcoming. that was the best way to celebrate our 20-year anniversary. we don't stay away so long this time. Many thanks for a wonderful short holiday.

Absolutely amazing room and perfect location for walking around to all shops

We've stayed in the Tuscany cottage twice (both times in March). The cottage is beautifully decorated and so clean. Sitting on the couch on the fireplace and not doing anything is relaxing in itself! The little touches of are so thoughtful. Love the breakfast muffins. Only small-ish downside of the Tuscany cottage is the sky light it's not ideal for sleeping in as both times we've stayed, it gets very bright very quick even on a cloudy early spring day (before 8am). When we're not trying to sleep in, the sky light is great as it lights up the whole room and in the evening/night, it's fun to look out into the sky. Location is great, right downtown but secluded enough and mostly quiet. However, parking is not ideal as there is not parking specific to the cottages. It's all street parking. We got lucky several times to be able to park right out front but have had to park a block or so away on the street, which isn't a deal-breaker necessarily. Possibly a bigger deal in the busy seasons? All in all, great place to stay to enjoy the comforts of the cottage and truly unwind.
