It pains me to leave such a negative review, but we felt it was disrespectful and unwelcoming. Why didn’t he just guide us on where we could park? Imagine how you would feel if you were told to leave a place right after buying something. It felt decidedly rude. Unfortunately, our family enjoys ice cream a lot, and we will be taking our business further up the road to Sauble Meat Shop, where we can enjoy our ice cream without any attitude or lack of consideration. In response to the owner’s feedback, we appreciate your reply, but we feel you have not fully addressed our concerns. We did not feel the sense of safety you refer to, especially after your angry approach towards our vehicle. This was not the enjoyable experience you describe, and it certainly did not reflect what we consider good customer service. We are grateful that you brought out another flavor for us, but it was on your menu, and it's disappointing that it wasn't in stock when we ordered. It’s important to not promote items that are unavailable. Regarding the parking issue, we are still surprised that you do not acknowledge the lack of clearly marked parking in front of your café. If it's a commercially zoned area, the parking should be properly indicated. Additionally, it's surprising that you mentioned we were there for 20 minutes. I can assure you that our ice cream would have melted in the summer sun far quicker than that; in reality, we were there for no more than 5 minutes. We urge you to be honest and act with integrity. While we appreciate your apology, we do not accept it, and we will continue our ice cream adventures at Sauble Meats'N More, where we get more for our money and are treated with respect.

Amazing icecream! We had cone and Sunday and both where really good!! Highly recommend to stop for a scoop!

Popped in for a soft-serve ice cream and cappuccino: both were divine! And the owners were such a delight to chat with...good people and super friendly, too. We loved the retro feel inside and the cozy porch with gorgeous water views. We'll be back to rent one of their cute retro cottages, which are just far enough away from the noise and bustle of the main strip, so you can really relax and enjoy the beach.
