The Yard Flagon Pub - Saskatoon

The Yard serves excellent pub food. While there aren't many vegetable options, it's important to remember that it is a bar! I really enjoy the rooftop patio. The staff is attentive and takes good care of you. The dim lighting in the main dining area makes me feel like I should be ashamed of day drinking, but I definitely don’t! Ha!

We rated this restaurant highly because our server was fantastic. They joked with us and had a great sense of humor. We saw some delicious-looking dishes being served to other tables. This ended up being our favorite stop on Broadway!

This was my first visit to the restaurant. The evening was lovely, but unfortunately the patio was full, so we ended up sitting downstairs. The seating was a bit cramped, with other patrons sitting too close along the long bench. I ordered a steak sandwich; it was decent, but the wait for it was a bit longer than I expected. Although it may not be entirely fair to hold this against Yard Flagon, I would have rated it higher if I hadn't been approached by a panhandler on my way in. I experienced the same issue at another restaurant on 22nd last night. It's starting to make me reluctant to leave the suburbs.

Went in for a quick meal on a work trip. It was loud but everyone seemed to be having a good time. Service was a little slow, but it was steady in there. Food was excellent, lamb burger was very good!

Loved this little pub! I had a coconut chicken sandwich full of hazelnut cream cheese. And if I could make love to a sandwich this would be the one! So good!! My boyfriends steak was a bit over cooked but otherwise great experience all around! <br/
