The Sugar Shack - Saskatoon

Today for the first time with my parents and my sister here. my mother and sister had the taco in a bag, so many ingredients for $6,50, amazing! I had the loaded bacon burger and my dad the same, but not loaded that we both said after we were the best burger we had eaten in one. this will be my place to eat when I am saskatoon for work! a bite to eat, sun and flow in one, not much better than that!

I love to go here for an ice cream sea while I mean dog along the river in summertime. they close for the winter months, which makes sense. in summer time it is super convenient to stop here for ice as it is directly at the runway at the river. I can't wait until they open again and I can enjoy the sun at the river with something amazing ice.

Loved the loaded burger! Ordered it with a combo, I found the fries to be quite generous, shared with a friend and we didn't finish them. Gotta come back to try their soft serve ice cream, it seemed quite popular.

Very good ice cream stand, but outside is a bit dirty. Would recommend the banana cream waffle cone (FYI it isn't ice cream, but still awesome).

Not the best service… a bit slow and they make some mistakes… but the location can’t be beat and the food and treats are good. I had the farmer’s sausage and poutine today. Sausage was great.
