Sushiro - Saskatoon

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. I can't recall the exact name of a dish I had, but it was made with tofu and had "dragon" in its name.

I enjoyed this restaurant - it is a high-end sushi establishment that offers a variety of fusion dishes such as ceviche and salmon tartare.

The sashimi was fantastic, but the service was terrible. It took 15 minutes to get water and another 15 minutes to place our order.

I had lived in Saskatoon while I went to university and always wanted to try this place, so I was excited to go while visiting a friend. Very cute atmosphere and friendly staff. We were surprised by how small the menu was-no negi toro? We decided to order a roll and a glass of wine each, which both took an incredibly long time, the wine was about a 3 oz pour, since the rolls took so long we almost finished our sampler of wine before they got there. The rolls were delicious, I'll say that. However it was 60 dollars for two minute glasses of wine and two rolls. Not worth it.

Was not cut on site, square edges, exact same thickness and extremely poor quality. What a disappointment!
