Minh's Garden - Saskatoon

My husband and I were searching for an Asian restaurant that didn't use MSG in its dishes. We were pleasantly surprised to discover this little gem online, thanks to its excellent reviews. We ordered the Combo Stir Fry with vermicelli rice noodles, along with some fresh rice paper spring rolls—both gluten-free options. They offered a fantastic selection for those looking for gluten-free, vegan, and MSG-free dishes. We were so impressed that we've decided to make this our go-to spot whenever we're in Saskatoon. The service was also incredibly informative and superb!

I've been visiting this restaurant since it opened about seven years ago, and the food is outstanding. The owners are incredibly friendly and always make us feel welcome. I love that they remember us and greet us warmly every time we come in. My favorites are the noodle bowls, soups, and spring rolls, but honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. They operate in the evenings and on weekends, making it an ideal spot for those in the north end of town. It's definitely worth the drive for anyone coming from the west, east, or south parts of town as well!

I absolutely love the food at this restaurant! The food and service are outstanding. The staff is wonderful, and the prices are very reasonable. The spring rolls are the best I’ve ever had! Everything we've tried has been delicious. If you're in Saskatoon, you definitely need to eat here!

Omg this might be the best Asian food I've had in Saskatoon EVER. The vegetarian options are really diverse and marked by a separate section of the menu. We shared the coconut tofu vegetable curry and the sizzling ginger tofu. Both were to die for. The tofu was perfectly cooked and the veggies were tender but not overcooked. Service was so friendly and the food was prepared very quickly. Would come here again and again!
