Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria - Saskatoon

Waitress was rude and made mistakes then tried to blame us. Did not no the menu. Did not come over to check on us.

Most of the food and service was great but when we explained that the middle of the ham and pineapple pizza was soggy and wet they told us that it was because they use real pineapple and it was very wet. They did not offer to replace it, to try to fix it, or to discount it. I've eaten ham and pineapple pizza at so many pizza places and this is the first time I've heard that you can't stop it from being a disgusting wet mess because it contains pineapple. If you are expected to pay for and eat an inedible soggy pizza then you should be warned on the menu.

Delicious food and great service! Great place either on the patio when the sun shines in the morning or inside where the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming!

Although a reservation was made through open table, the restaurant did not have is recorded as having reserved. The time we had chosen was very early in the evening so being seated was not a problem. It concerns me... what if we had reserved in prime time. Somewhere ther is a breakdown in the system.
