12 Grill - Saskatoon

I have eaten at 12 Grill at Greenbryer golf course many times.The food has always been good. On a beautiful summer day the outdoor patio is lovely and the elegant indoor dining room is always a nice choice. This is a hidden gem in Saskatoon. It never seems to be real busy when I have been there. I like that you can order off the lunch or dinner menu. The price points are $13-$16 for lunch menu items and in the $20-30 range for dinner entrees. Always excellent value in a nice setting . Highly recommended if you live in south east Saskatoon.

We took the limo service from downtown Saskatoon to restaurant. We were treated like royalty upon arrival, and limo service first class. We were the only party in the place and I think it was the manger doted on us at the start. The menu for lunch, bar snacks, and dinner is all combined with no clear direction what we could order. Waiter had to check an confirms entire menu up for grabs...good news.Some of our party ordered smaller less expensive dishes such as fish and chips. Many ordered tenderloin with scallop upgrade.Here's where the fail occurred. All of the more pricey meals came out cold or not complete. Those that ordered more if the bar food girl what they ordered. Even though my meal wasn't most impressive experience, the place rectified by comping much of the party's bill. A class act and I would give them another shot because of the they handled our complaint. Aside from meal being cold, it was tasty.

New Menu is overpriced. Food quality is poor. Using canned chicken, & canned salmon in their salads & sandwiches. Service was extremely slow.

Four of us had dinner at the grill on June 15th. We had the limo service. Our champagne was forgotten for pick up and the seats in the limo were sticky from the group prior to us. On a positive note, the driver was very nice and apologetic. We were never apologized to or offered compensation once we reached the restaurant. The food was awesome and our server was too. At the end of the night we realized we paid for six drinks that belonged to another group. The manager was very short with us and told us that she couldn't give us a refund because "their machine doesn't do that". The best we could get was a gift card. The gift card didn't even cover the cost of the drinks let alone the taxes. We talked to the manager again and she seemed quite annoyed that we would ask for another 1.25 back - this still didn't include the taxes. Needless to say I would never eat there again even though the food was very good. It was really expensive and I would expect alot more in terms of customer service. If my bill is 400.00, I want my refund.I also emailed them that night expressing my concern and asking for a phone call and we didn't hear anything back from them.

I went there with a group of friends. We shared appetizers and had drinks. We were surprised at how small the appetizers were. For example, if you order the spanikopita, you get only 2! So if you are with a group, you need to order several of each so it can get very expensive. The stuffed mushrooms were just okay. The scallops were a decent size and quite tasty. Shrimp was good but there again, only got 4 or 5. I would recommend getting the dry ribs or chicken wings which were not on the menu but had decent sized portions. The caesars were very good and the atmosphere is nice. Outdoor patio has a view of a pond with a fountain. The road from Highway 16 is impassable, likely to all the house construction at the golf course. Nice and quiet, off the beaten path, good place to visit with friends.
