In exploration in Sartène we discovered this little bistro that does not pay for mine. Don't be mistaken. Ice cream is divine. Made with seasonal and local products, in other words when there is no more, there are no more. You are assured that you taste the real Corsican products. The pistachio ice in particular with confitated pistachio is simply divine. The best pistachio ice I've tasted of my life. We had the opportunity to talk a little with the owner who is adorable. I highly recommend this glacier!

Here we are on a break on the return of our vacation between Porto-Vecchio and Ajaccio by the coast. The children demand an ice break. Then we allow ourselves a quick stop on Sartène. We figured we just have to stop and in the first place we can eat a good ice. We parked all the way up. It was necessary to get the whole village down to find this magical place, the 5 minute break turned into a 2h stop at two fingers to miss the boat. It was a warm place, sumptuous ice creams, simple and effective panini, gourmet tacos and even a bubble tea to finish. Yes finally seeing the establishment and the card the end came to us all the family. We are 5... We made the world back with the manager, 2 hours to discuss the life of sartene and his adventure in this company he has in the guts. A real gourmet sharing moment Thanks

It's hard to find better value for money. We found our GQ this summer, whether for meals or just desserts. Paninis, burgers and ice cream, when it's done with love it's always good, and with smile it's even better. A big thank you to the boss, your daily welcome always made us come back.
