The hussard made our wedding a pure wonder from A to Z, they organized our wedding on the beach of Mare é sole, everything was at the rendezvous, sublime decor, perfect meal, marvelous brunch and staff at the top of the top! A crazy atmosphere! A great thank you to Christophe and Quentin for listening and understanding us, you made our marriage an awakened dream that looks so much like us. During the closing period linked to the Covid, the hussard improved and yet the bar was already high the dishes are prepared with perfection, the desserts are succulent Value for money remains excellent The restaurant has a sumptuous wine cellar, filled with old island vintages (which is rare) and pepites of the most beautiful French terroirs the sanitary measures are taken and a QRcode allows to have the daily map without waiting Thanks to all the team

Reas really of a quality. The lamb leg served with an eggplant cannelloni with brocciu and an eggplant caviar served as a condiment. Very friendly. I recommend

HUSSARD assured the caterering part of our marriage to SOTTA on September 29... I exchanged for 8 months with Charline (a distance since everything was organized from the continent). She has always been listening, good advice and reassuring! On Day J, everything was perfect, beyond our expectations! From the setting up of the very nicely decorated tables, to the very hearty, delicious, original and perfectly synchronized dinner cocktail. A shock team, for 40 guests, 2 cooks, 2 waiters run by the adorable Charles, attentive and discreet, all demonstrating great professionalism! We’ve been in small care throughout the evening until we left the last guest at 5am!!!! We recommend without moderation

The chef is very nice of quality products a smiling and competent staff. The plates are beautiful and I repeat good product and highlighted by the chef.
