Sonic Drive-in - Sarpy County

Waited 20 minutes after checking in, went to drive thru window, told them I was waiting for my order in stall 3, he said they were waiting for someone to check in for the order. I tried to show home the app where it shows when I checked in. He wouldn’t even look at it, so I just got my money back. 2nd time at this location that this happened.

The food at Sonic seemed to get really bad, I mean it's consistently bad. I don't know if Sonic changed their food vendors, but we aren't going to Sonic anymore.

Love to see that this is the kind of food that I'm purchasing. Not just this, but they mess my order up almost every time I go. It's hit or miss with this location. If you wouldn't eat that, than why are you purposefully giving it out to customers? It's not that hard to tell a customer is gonna take a little longer than just have them park. It's an inconvenience, yes. But I'd rather park and wait for the CORRECT order than recieve this in my order.

What happened?? Perfect location to make money. Waited over 20min to even get an answer that stall 9 was broken thank God Burger King is next door.

The manager here is awesome. I had an issue with my app and he still gave me my food.
