Ihop - Sarpy County

Our first waiter was very attentive. The second one one at shift change was okay. Food was cooked hot and served quickly.

Me and my friends absolutely LOVE coming in to see Teri every Thursday! She always treats us really well and remembers our orders! Definitely our favorite employee by far!

Missed a few items in our to go order but what we did get is usually pretty good.

We arrived at 5:50 PM on Sunday night and were seated right away. Ordered omelets and water. Got water after 10 min. At 6:40 still no food. We heard the waitress tell another table that it was just her and one cook; they left. That info would have been nice to know when we arrived. We asked her how long our food would be. She never returned with an answer. We had to leave because we had concert tickets.

Super thin tbone steak (if you want to call it that). Asked for medium rare also, and as you can see, it came out well done. I paid over $18 for this... the only saving grace was the eggs and pancakes. I paid over $60, not including a tip for a family of 3 meals. They definitely overcharge for cheap to make food items here. It's not worth the price when you can buy all of this stuff for under $30 for sure and make it better from home... the service wasn't great either. Not coming back for sure.
