Excellent customer service warrants appreciation and variety of ice creams

Had Kashmiri dry fruit and black forest scoops at the store and packed Kulfis for home. The scoops tasted really good. However, the stars were the kulfis. They offer 3 flavors in Kulfis and all of them were delicious. Not only the Kulfis were delicious, the packaging was pretty impressive. Definitely one of my favorite ice cream places in the city. Went there late at night.Ambience is cool and spacious compared to 'naturals ' which feels crowded.Taste is also good but still need to improve alot. Overall worth a try in madhapur area.Recommended.

I just saw this Outlet next to Big Cup Theory cafe in Madhapur and my mind instantly associated it with Naturals owing to its display name, the different fruit flavoured ice creams that they offered and the ambience.<br/ <br/ The inner seating area is vibrant and you can sit there and enjoy your favourite ice cream even at the midnight time.<br/ <br/ I ordered Jackfruit ice cream which was great in taste but I certainly missed Naturals as I felt their ice creams are unformidable in taste.<br/ <br/ Do try this place if you are around.<br/ <br/

Actually had come to visit the cafe next to it, but finding it closed sat here instead.<br/ <br/ Decent place. With helpful staff. I, of course ordered guava chilli ice cream first time I've had in Hyderabad Apsara ice cream, this flavour, since then wherever I go, I have to try this!! And it was yummy!!<br/ <br/ Next based on the staff's recommendation, ordered the seasonal Alphonso mango ice cream, and... I think it took me 3 mins to finish off the icecream, the fruits and pulp was that fresh! Was there for a good two three hours, once they ensure you have ordered at least one thing, they are okay with you sitting there and chilling. Families so came in , lot of them... So good for all sorts of crowd.
