Contribuiți la feedbackStumbled across Pontello whilst driving through Saronno on my way to Parma and I'm so glad I did! Michelangelo makes a fantastic pizza and is clearly passionate about his craft. He suggested all kinds of interesting toppings that I'd not tried before and, when I couldn't decide, offered to split my pizza half and half. I tried the Broccoli Rabe (Rapini) with Fennel sausage and Speck with Asparagus tops both were fantastic. I would definitely recommend you take a visit to Saronno and Michelangelo it's some of the best pizza you'll ever taste.
First class pizzas, baked exactly right in a wood oven. Wide range of toppings. Pleasant casual and busy atmosphere, but no haste. As others said, if you're in a hurry this is not the right place, as it's run by a family of two and there is plenty of customers. You have to admire the achievement. Recommended.
In general I don't eat pizza as I think of it more as a snack than a dinner. I like Pontello's pizza as they always put plenty of topping on. Its a family place, the service can be slow as only the owners wife serves, and the menu contains list of pizzas without description. That said its not bad service and they will make any kind of pizza you want. In our group buffalo pizza is generally considered the most popular.
Une des meilleures pizzas que nous avons goûtées de toute la moitié nord de l'Italie! Franchement, le service est top en plus, donc il faut le craquer. La bière est très bonne aussi. les produits sont locaux, c’est vraiment bon!
Bel posto, grande giardino esterno, servizio cortese, buona pizza.
