Subway - Sarnia

During a recent road trip, we decided to stop at a Subway restaurant. We had stopped going to Subway before because we felt it was becoming too expensive for what was offered. However, this review is not about that; it's about the exceptional customer service we received at this particular location. There were two employees working, and Kim stood out for her exceptional service. Not only did she make delicious sandwiches, but she was also friendly and incredibly helpful. When my daughter left her cookies behind, Kim went above and beyond by running after us and returning them to her in our car. The sandwiches were tasty, and Kim's customer service was fantastic. In terms of dietary restrictions, they also offered good gluten-free buns and followed proper protocol.

Very cheap on sandwich toppings and selective about which customers to ask if they want their gloves changed.

Always good from this location. Store is clean. Food fresh staff friendly!

I went today very first time and had wonderful experience. night girls were awesome even I went just before closing , both girls were soo polite and nice to me . They just made the sub the way I like, love subway now . Thanks for your great services
