Harvey's - Sarnia

Today my mom and I visited Harvey's for the very first time and ordered for two Buffalo Chicken sandwiches. The food was extremely delicious. Mr Sarath, welcomed us with a good smile. He was so kind and provided a good customer service. I really appreciate his work. Such a good guy : Will definitely visit again.

The food at this restaurant is excellent. I went back again and ordered a hot dog and chicken bacon ranch poutine, both of which were delicious. The managers on duty, Geetika and Parminder, were very friendly and made my dining experience enjoyable. I would definitely come back again.

Can't beat a Harvey's burger! Courteous counter staff. This location seems to have a ventilation issue as it is always hazy inside and has an overwhelming charbroiled scent.

There was a little bit of a wait because some of the staff were on break, but the food was delicious!

First time eating at this Harvey's location in 6 months. It seemed relatively clean in the bathroom and in the seating area. It wasn't too busy in there either, so we got our food pretty quickly.Besides the guy working at the cash register, the staff didn't seem very friendly at all. Even saying thank you, they just stared at me. Customer service was the only downside to this visit, on top of getting a poutine that was warm, without the melted curds. When we were selecting our burger toppings, the girl barely put any on, so had to request more.The Angus meals were tasty, hot, and fresh, as well as the other side of the onion rings.Overall, this store needs to work on the friendliness of the staff.
