I give it a 4 because I don't know much about the food in the area... But what I ate was delicious... My daughters, incidentally, ordered a hamburger without anything (no lettuce, no tomato... almost no meat). My wife had Tripotx, a kind of blood sausage on cabbage... The blood sausage, compared to what we usually eat in Bizkaia, was very dry, I liked it but it was very very dry... My wife had nothing, the cabbage did. liked it... But then he mixed it with black pudding and neither one nor the other I ordered a dish that was like a back and forth, baked pork sirloin. Very delicious, the piece is large, but once the bone and fat are removed, the fat, you eat little. The room was very good. For dessert, rice pudding, it had pieces of orange... Very disappointed this evening at dinner.. The duck breast sauce is really too salty. And the half breast was tough and overcooked. Besides, cooking was not required of us.
