They were so helpful! I had no doubt after consulting with Stephano on what's app that the gf pasta is always cooked in fresh/new water and that all sauces were gf. I loved the mushroom pasta! It was amazing! My husband and two little boys raved about the pizza (although not gf, looked and smelled delicious).
The gf Pasta was amazing! They were very knowledgeable and let me eat there very safely. Probably the best meal I had in Costa Rica
The food was delicious and I felt completely safe. The owners are Italians and Italians understand celiac disease completely. The spaghetti Carbonara was fantastic!
