The restaurant has two bathrooms, each accommodating two people. They are equipped with automatic toilets, faucets, and paper towel dispensers. There's also a changing table available. The restrooms have handicap bars for accessibility. The quality of service can vary depending on the staff working that day. At times, you might find yourself waiting in a long line as attention seems to be focused elsewhere. However, during my visit today, the indoor service was quick, and the staff were very friendly to everyone throughout the lunch rush.

This is one of the best Wendy's locations I've been to. While it's pricier than McDonald's or Burger King, I find it difficult to compare it to any other burger chain in Saratoga Springs. The best way to order is through the drive-thru or the app, then pick up your food inside. I recommend skipping the indoor line, even if it seems short.

Despite it being a busy Saturday morning with seemingly fewer staff, I anticipated a long wait, but to my surprise, service was incredibly quick. The manager, Dade, handled everything with a calm and collected demeanor, ensuring that operations ran smoothly and efficiently. To top it off, the food was absolutely delicious!
