Such an excellent brewery and space! Pizza and the other food options are delicious. Well behaved dogs allowed downstairs in the lobby and outside on the patio. The couches by the fireplace in the downstairs lobby are a great addition, super comfortable and intimate. Friendly service and a great selection of very tasty beers.

It is easy to miss this spot on the corner of Lake Avenue and Maple, but well worth a trip. The pub and brewery are located in the old Saratogian building (the local newspaper that no longer exists). The walls are the original exposed walls were the printing of the paper was done. The seating is spread out into a couple of rooms and there is outdoor seating as well. The rooms are spacious and the seating is nicely placed. The brew selection is always good with some nice varieties including sours. We've been here a few times for lunch. We've tried a few salads but the pizza is the best bet. This might be the best pizza in Saratoga. So if you are in the mood for a good pizza and a fresh brew, this place is for you.

Lovely beers but those pizzas are sleepers... You expect a solid pizza and then BOOM you get a genuinely fantastic pizza that's super fresh, great dough, wonderful flavor (and that's coming from a couple of Manhattanites)!

8 oz pours are a cool thing...means you can try more. Great selection and nice people!
