I believe her name was Sophie, but she got to know me while I come to get a drink a lot. I told her about my baby who is waiting for a heart transplant, and everyone there now asks me how my baby is. If any of my employees go gets drinks they ask my employees how y baby is. Alyssa is also one who I have gotten to know really well! The whole team is great and love them! The redwood road shop is great! Thank you guys!

I love that the hot chocolate is rarely too hot. It is just the right temperature to keep you warm, but not lose your taste buds. Workers always have a smile on their face, even when it freezing. Thank you all!

My kiddos begged me to bring them here for a fun weekend treat and I just couldn’t resist. I was a bit skeptical since our family isn’t the biggest fans of coffee but was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up and a kind young woman was there ready to recommend me drinks. I believe her name was TT or Dakota, but she recommended some delicious chais, frozen redbulls and frosts for all 8 of my children and they couldn’t have enjoyed them more. Super nice people. The caramelizer coffee was amazing. Reminds me of coffee I had in San Francisco. The chai, though, was really too sweet. I had to go home and brew more chai to add to it.
