Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

I had a unique experience at this restaurant. While purchasing a gift card for a friend, my daughter accidentally entered the tip amount instead of the gift card amount. I wasn't sure how to ask for a refund, but the manager was very understanding and helpful. His name on the receipt was "Board," although I'm not sure if that's his actual name. The manager felt bad about the mistake and offered me a complimentary drink while he sorted out the refund with the company. I am grateful for his assistance and the refund. Thank you so much.

We stopped ordering from this restaurant for around 6 months due to consistent issues. However, we decided to give it another shot and were pleasantly surprised. Today, the service was quick and my order was ready in just 30 minutes. The staff was also very friendly. I am glad we decided to give this place another chance. It seems like they may have new management or new employees, but whatever changes they made have definitely improved the overall experience.

Last Saturday, the restaurant was quite busy, but everyone handled the rush well. The burritos were huge and delicious. The kids' meal was also generous, but the rice and beans seemed to overpower the other components of the dish. Overall, the food was tasty but somewhat challenging to eat and fully enjoy.

I remember when the caffe rio was a special experience with everything fresh and perfect. the quality is sad at all places over the board. they look at the pictures I have attached. no longer worth

Im not typical to write reviews but the experience I just had was unmatched. I placed a pickup order for 9:30 pm and arrived at 9:27 pm. I went to the pickup counter to let them know I was there, but wasn’t in any hurry. Brad immediately handed me a cup for a drink that I didn’t pay for and told me it was for the wait. At 9:30 on the dot my food was ready and was handed to me with an overwhelming feeling of courtesy.
