Love the options they have. Best froyo in the region. Good staff. They give generous sample cups. Constantly rotating seasonal specials with some fixed best selling flavors always available. Never disappointing, unless when I reach late and find its closed.

Great variety and better ingredients than competitors. I love the abundance of fresh fruit, hot fudge, and real whipped cream. There is an option for everyone in the family and prices are reasonable.

I was curious to observe how 16 Handles was managing COVID-19 safety protocols. We donned the disposable gloves provided and helped ourselves to yogurt. The staff then added the toppings we chose. Even though we were the only customers at that time, I imagine they have a limit on the number of customers allowed in the store at once.

Hello everyone! I have to say, this place is amazing! I just enjoyed the best frozen yogurt I've ever had! The staff is incredibly friendly too.

16 Handles is one of my favorite places for frozen yogurt. They have an impressive range of flavors and toppings—it's nearly impossible to try them all in just a year! I usually stick with my favorite order: Tahitian vanilla soft serve topped with strawberries, cookie dough pieces, and hot fudge. On one occasion, I also had the soft serve made into a milkshake, which was delicious. The atmosphere is lovely, decorated in cheerful spring colors with comfortable seating inside. There's even an outdoor bench for those who want to enjoy their treats outside. The place is spotless, and the staff is extremely friendly, always willing to offer samples. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who enjoys frozen yogurt!
