Wendy's - Sarasota

I had a delightful lunch this afternoon and was particularly impressed by the gentleman at the register, who I believe is the manager. He provided the best customer service I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Not only did he treat me like a VIP, but he extended the same exceptional service to all the customers. I was truly impressed and had a wonderful meal and experience.

Terrible experience. The staff were disorganized, and it was clear that the supervisor was upset, even swearing in the dining area. No one seemed happy. The girl at the register was so nervous and jittery that I felt sorry for her. The food was overcooked, and they forgot the sauces, even after they eventually found the ones I requested. I won’t be returning.

I had the best experience at Wendy's! The French fries have definitely been improved and taste even better than before. The manager, a gentleman, was very polite and attentive.

I wanted to get a simple taco salad. my man went for a few cars in the car drive thru. Of course, 10 cars went to the drive thru, and still did not get out. it wasn't so busy. When he got out, I said what's going on. he told me that two people working in the back are fighting over who does what, plus the guy in front of him ordered before my man. my man ordered a simple taco salad that was not proposed before, and they had no idea how to do it. Moreover, the man who ordered his burger first was, lastly, because she commanded me after my .husband and the gentleman who works at springex. they have their burgers first. I worked for wendys and we never had these problems. Taco salad is prepared before completion so that they can go out quickly. the fact that no one teaches the worker what to do is not good. the second time we haven't impressed since it was sprayed.?

I ordered hey apple pecan salad with grilled chicken. I got no chicken, no salad dressing, no fork just lettuce with apples and cranberries. I also ordered a chili which didn't come with a spoon and a large fry. I requested sweet-and-sour sauce for the fry which was not in the bag. And they did't have my first choice of salads the strawberry Sumer salad. Bad location. Just for reference, I gave the Wendy's in Waldo FL 5stars last week. I would expect Sarasota to be better than the middle of nowhere FL.
