Taco Bell - Sarasota

Asien and their crew are great! I literally go out of my way to get to this place, in contrast to the others close to my trip to home, because the crew members are always friendly and fun to be after 10p when I get out of work most nights. I am grateful for asia, their crew and this location; takes customer service seriously as they have my business at least 3-4 nights per week. loves this tacobell!

I don't know what they do to the taco shells here but they always have a nasty after taste. On top of that they totally skimp on toppings, my quesadilla was mostly tortilla. Worst location in the area.

Bad. It took a long time to get waited on. I stood there 5 minutes or longer before someone waited on us. It was if all that mattered was the drive through. Got a picture to prove it. If you like service from that Taco bell use the drive through.

Yesterday I went in and ordered a nachos Bell grande and three crispy chicken cantina tacos and what I got was a quesadilla I got someone's order and not mine I think I talked to Tobias I can't remember his name but he was really helpful with everything and I just came through again and got myself a free order so shout out to him for being an amazing person and helping me out with everything

This is the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Most of the staff look high, they have absolutely ZERO customer service, they gave me expired chips and the meat tasted off then what I’m use to and one of the staff members behind the counter wanted to sit and argue with me. This location needs new management and there product to be inspected. I hope someone from corporate sees this and does something about it
