Mid Lettuce in the Cheesy Roll Up which was gross Cheese not meted and gross Not enough Large Nacho Fries

It was better than the last taco bell experience. service was immediately and much more friendly. this taco bell was on us 41 and much better than on bee ridge road.

Taco bell in plant city off of James L Redman likes to serve soggy crunchy tacos, not provide enough sauce packets for your tacos, and forgets to put all items ordered in the bag. Its so very frustrating. I now drive an additional 15 minutes out of the way to get better dry crunchy tacos but very soggy soft tacos and still not enough fire sauce. If anyone finds a TB that is better please drop the location

The food was good. But I also wanted an Iced Coffee which is on their menu but the woman said they weren 't serving any coffee at this time . It 's 9:30 in the morning, that makes no sense. If you ran out of coffee that would be one thing but to suggest that the time was unreasonable is ludicrous. Then rushed me through the drive thru even though I wasn 't finished ordering. Didn 't even give me a receipt either. This Taco Bell needs customer service training ASAP.

I just left at 10:14 PM On July 30, 2022. The woman at the window was extremely friendly and easy to work with. She definitely deserves a raise if u ask me. Also my order was very specific with a lot of substitutions and they made it perfectly. I will definitely be coming back to eat here and recommending other business for this place.
