Food was great.They had some girls behind the counter not in uniform giggling and talking loudly. The same girls come out and start talking about how nasty the ice machine is. We are sitting right by the drink machine. Very unprofessional.

Always forget the pickle at least with my sandwich EVERYTIME and the tomatos are not fresh and barely receive any lettuce its like scraping what you have ? to complete the ?

There were 7 people standing around when I walked in and my sandwiches that I ordered in the app 15 min before weren’t even done when I walked in to pick it up. Also no one was in there the store was empty. Instead of standing around talking they need to be working on orders I shouldn’t have had to wait.

Any other sandwich place is a better option. This is the worst firehouse subs I've ever encountered. 8 people behind the counter and it takes 20 minutes to make a sandwich incorrectly. The remake took even longer. Rude, unhelpful staff.
