SUMMARY: This is one of the most uncomfortable and unwelcoming places in Sarajevo. Avoid if possible. DETAILS: To start, the place is located right at the noisy road full of cars and trams. Sitting on the terrace is anything but enjoyable. Second, all tables are too close to each other. Sometimes you do not understand to which company you really belong to. Third, and most important, the staff is of such higher opinion of themselves that they have little, if any, regard to guests’ interests and needs. This last point might have changed over time, so take it with a pinch of salt. Food and drinks: nothing to be impressed with; everything is very trivial.

Very rude staff and extremely unprofessional attitude towards guests. They drive guests out or greet them at the door and don't let them in at all, under the pretext that everything is booked (although it's always in the morning, when the bar is empty). Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
