Arcadia Tent City - Sarad

Tent city located in saputara. I had an amazing experience at this place tents are divided among different price range. Sanitation facilities is not properly available but trekking experience in infinity at this place. Tents are well maintained and preserved hygienic environment. Their staff is very supportive and encouraging for making everyone comfortable with new environment. Camp fire , dance and games are integral part of this place. Tea/coffee at morning with such a beautiful scenic view is like having life in heaven . Playground: Area to play group games is available, also children's play area is separately available Restrooms: Available but hygiene is compromised so, you need to get a pure trekking feel at this place. Dog friendliness: Don't know much but when i went there were no dogs found. Picnic area: It is a tent city area and picnic can be done if you contact the relevant tent city manager. This tent city is not recommended as the Owner flouted the business ethics. Recently my friend had an unpleasant experience where his 2 months advance booking had been cancelled in the last moment without giving any prior notice. In fact they were renting to others on the spot with very high rates which shows that they are just running business with no ethics. Family had a tiring journey to reach the location and were shocked to know that their booking has been cancelled. You can imagine the kind of suffering and pain they had gone through having small kids and elderly people in the family. They struggled a lot to arrange alternative accommodation on the spot. Please refrain from visiting this tent city

Not recommended for family.Bad management. Not ethical. Don't go with family.

Had the worst experience ever trying to book a tent. The reception guy denied to help without even bothering to listen to the requirements. i had booked four tents 2 months before our visit. in the morning of our arrival i called the management and got to know that due to rain all the tents were destroyed due to which our booking was cancelledthe management people are very inconsiderate and rude, and no one was ready to take any responsibility. i have visited so many places but i have never experienced such behavior from the staff. i won't recommend this place, even to my enemy.
