Cafe Ranban - Sapporo-Shi, Chuo-Ku

If you like filter coffee, this is the place for you. As an espresso man, I did enjoy the Panama Esmeralda washed Geisha. It was light and citrusy and reminded me of Earl Grey. The other coffees we tried did unfortunately not stand out to me which is certainly due to my undeveloped pallet. The very thick slice of toast was toasted perfectly evenly and had a slight coat of salted butter on the top.

Great place for breakfast. Coffee is great. They have many selections of coffee. Breadfast set is 850yen with coffee, bread and hard bolied egg. all in all, a great place!!! Kudos to Raban Cafe.

One of breakfast place and coffee shop in Susukino, opened in early morning. Some selections of coffee and simple breakfast, toast and boiled egg. The coffee itself was OK. The cafe was quite small with few tables. Staff was good and welcome. The price was reasonable.

Great cozy little coffee shop! Sadly I don’t drink coffee but the tea and hot chocolate was great !!!

Friendly little cafe with a serious (although at a premium) selection of beans. The egg salad sandwich was amazing and so was the blue mountain coffee. The unexpected star of the show was the coffee jelly! I didn't know it was legal to use such delicious coffee in making jelly... The scoop of Hokkaido ice cream on top was an excellent touch. Great ambience and excellent staff.
