Sao Jose - Sao Pedro do Sul

It's so nice to go somewhere unassuming and cheap, run by people who have probably been there for years. We had one soup, two mains (massada and cod bras) half a wine, a water and chocolate mousse for 33€. The mains were really tasty and could have fed three people. The waiter was fun! Hope to go back next time I'm here.

I first came to cantinho in April 2023 when I was in lisbon to start my entrepreneur visa process. Post that I have been here a couple of times. It's a very small, no frills traditional eatery. Serving simple authentic Portuguese food. The portions are big and the food is delicious. A meal for one with water and Cafe should be approx 15€. They take cash or Portuguese cards.

Ótimo verdadeiro restaurante português. A comida era incrivelmente boa, o serviço excelente, a atmosfera tão acolhedora. Só lamento não ter encontrado antes.

É tão bom ir a algum lugar despretensioso e barato, administrado por pessoas que provavelmente já estão lá há anos. Comemos uma sopa, dois pratos principais (massada e bras de bacalhau) meio vinho, uma água e mousse de chocolate por 33€. A rede elétrica era realmente saborosa e poderia alimentar três pessoas. O garçom foi divertido! Espero voltar na próxima vez que estiver aqui.
