Rosajola - Santo-Pietro-di-Tenda

A restaurant that I would call exceptional. Probably among my best memories. Reservation for my birthday, we were alone in the restaurant at the end of the season. A gentleman of great kindness who spontaneously lent a sweater to my father who had forgotten his. We've taken a tank board for 4, huge quantity and rare quality. We could have made it our real dish. For the aperitif, the gentleman put the pastis bottle and told us to take what we wanted. Same for the wine. The beef coast we shared was maturation, a delight. We're shamefully calé while we're big eaters at the base. The boss offered us dessert, digestive and even cakes for my birthday. We felt like we were in the family without being forced. Low hat, thank you for this moment. Go and see the eyes closed (see a sweater and cash).

We come every year in Corsica and came back to dinner in this little haven of peace. And again, it's a very good choice. If you are looking for a quiet place, a real Corsica meal, a real welcome, frank and direct, tinted with humor...corse bien sur, then don't look anymore. The prices are more than correct, the desserts a killing. Really I recommend, away from the restaurants bling you will enjoy.
