Time Vegetarian Kitchen - Santo Domingo

I spent 10 days in the Dominican Republic. This restaurant is not the cheapest option compared to others, but the quality of the food and cocktails is exceptional. It offers a refreshing change from the typical vegetarian options in the city. The atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful. The food is delicious, with main dishes priced at around $10-14 and cocktails around $9. I will definitely return next time I visit Santo Domingo.

My dad ordered the plantain gnocchi and it was one of the best dishes I have ever tasted. I have no idea how they made it so light and fluffy.

The restaurant is fancy and located in a nice venue. The food is delicious, but a bit pricier compared to other places in the Dominican Republic. I tried the Jamaican mocktail, which was more like a sorbet, and it was fantastic.

I ordered the fideo de arroz, the Caesar salad, and the shake de Jamaica. I added a bit of salt but everything was delicious! The food tastes are on the clean and light side instead of heavy. The Caesar dressing could have been a bit creamier. I imagine the curry they made if served as a soup with baguettes it would be quite delicious as well. The ramen was definitely not a flavor profile I expected. It was creamy with acidity. I personally didn’t enjoy this dish at all, but I attribute it to the fact I may have not read the description correctly. Great place to go after walking around.

It was okay. It's a nice place, the food wasn't bad. I especially liked the raw carrot quipe. Als liked the watermelon-mint lemonade even though it was way to sweet for my liking. I Just felt that it was too expensive for what you get. Updated from previous review on 2021-07-21
