It’s clean, modern and they have good service. In my opinion is a little bit far away to walk to the history area, where is more touristic.

Best hotel in all Santo Domingo. Room, food, service all outstanding! Amazing view of the city and near everything. Will stay here next time.

Modern hotel in the city center, next to a large shopping mall having all international brands, luxury included. The rooms are large and comfortable, service is very good, and there is a large choice of dining options. It is expensive as expected but you pay for the best hotel in town.

Let me tell you something... This hotel is the shyt!!! I didn't stay here, but they have an awesome hotel. On the roof, they have a very nice pool/lounge area with a bar. Has a nice view and vibe. Even if you are not a resident of the hotel, you can go enjoy the pool, if you are dining and ordering drinks from the bar. It is worth it. Nice upscale vibe.

Staff is outstanding!!! Had an issue with my reservation and they were able to get it fixed immediately! I am very pleased. The hotel is very nice and modern. Spotless and room was perfect! So far, I can say that I am extremely pleased! Oh, and... the hotel's lower level attaches to a mall! Haven't checked the mall out yet, but it will probably prove very convenient! Planning a two week stay here.
