Good prices Good pizza!!! Small but cozy and tidy place. Nice menu with affordable prices. Pizza and food were good. Private parking. Very helpful and friendly waitress.
Great place to go have lunch. Food takes a while, but is totally worth it. I recommend The Margarita Pizza The Grilled Chicken with Pomodoro Pasta Penne .
There was something about the name of the restaurant that drew me. I was 15 metres away on the wrong part of a one way street with no parking, but the wife wouldn't let me walk, so we drove round the block (I thought it would be worth it and, 5 minutes later, easily found the car park. It was too late for lunch so almost nobody was there. The attention was immediate, friendly and helpful (actually, delightful They have pasta but I was looking for pizza. The list is not enormous (I like that, often a sign of quality but, in addition to the varieties on the menu, you can add from a host of toppings. What I ordered was a calzone. It's very unusual. Normally (outside Italy , they are a circle of heavy pizza dough folded in half, sealed, and stuffed with a typical pizza topping (of cheap ingredients . When it arrived, this one was delightfully light (as it should be shaped like a stuffed ring, with salad leaves in the centre hole, topped with a cheese sack, within which was liquid cheese. It had a nice tomato sauce, not the usual rubbish. In appearance, very unusual; to eat, wonderful flavour, light, thin dough, no smothering cheap toppings. Price, under RD$600. I also ordered a pizza, the one that came with most toppings. When this arrived, it was true Italian style, a thin dough. Normal pizzas are topped with tomato sauce and cheese because they're cheap. This one had plenty of toppings, none smothering any other. The taste was excellent. Price just a little cheaper than the calzone. Was I happy with the food? You bet! Would I go back? Absolutely. Value for money to me means I get a memorable meal served without error. I don't expect a really good restaurant to stuff me full (ordinary cheap food normally does that the calzone will serve 4 but can be eaten by 2. The pizza will serve 4 (if not, you eat too much . Hospitality improves the experience. For a pizza restaurant, they passed with no problems, thoroughly worth the visit. They are pizza specialists and it will be hard to find their equal (the only one I know that has a similar quality is near to but beyond Samana half a country away! . Small enough (but not too small to have a pleasant atmosphere to suit a romantic couple, a family, or a group of friends. My advice: skip estaurants that offer pizzas with thick, heavy dough and a cheap (for the restaurant tomato and cheese topping under a scaterring of something else. Go to Fabrizio's and enjoy pizza as it was intended to be.
The place has a great balance of price, service, quality and ambience. The food is really good and the portions aren't small at all. The place isn't fancy or anything but I think it deserves 5 stars because it strikes a great balance between all things one cares about.
