Dominican Fiesta Santo Domingo

The price was right. The atmosphere was alive. Location was comfortable. Experience was comfortable. The building itself can need a facelift, but other than that, experience was on site.

I haven't booked this place a long time ago. The service was good, loved the room. When I left, they said they'd transfer the insurance fund to my credit card. They never did. So, overall, they stole my $200 and changed us dollars.

I don't usually leave reviews, but that's worth it. Enmanuel Mendez works in this hotel. We made his name for his excellent, warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Customer service in Dominican Fiesta is exceptional! From the people at the door who help with pockets to the lobby that checks us to Darby, the lifeguard is so helpful. My family stood around the pool and tried to get a towel, and the poor guy ran around like a chicken with his head cut off on jacuzzi, tested the water for chlorine, organized the parasols beach chairs... they should have a helper for the towels lifeguards. Other than that, pleasant stay. Especially satisfied with Mr. Mendez, he should be encouraged safely or at least an increase.

What an incredible place to stay! This hotel has a lot of history. Maybe a little outdated, but the kindness of the staff and the way they serve out their way will surprise you. Rudi at the bar takes care of you and Francisco will do the same at the pool bar. The band show Merengue and Salsa was excellent.

This is a great place. I look forward to going there again. The staff from the reception to the housekeepers to the security is great. I thoroughly enjoyed myself there. The rates were very reasonable for the service that you get. The bartender is amazing, everyone has a great sense of humor and they do whatever they can to try to assist you with all of your needs. I love the place. I was used to going to Jaragua but their rates outpaced what I was looking to spend. This is a great hotel. I love it. The guys in the reception, were fantastic. I highly recommend it.
