Bambu - Santo Domingo

Comida vegetariana, y muy deliciosa y saludable! we had the Vietnamese rolling, knödel and teriyaki pasta. all were fantastic. they were kind to put our nutritional restrictions eagerly (vegan, no mushrooms). our meal including these three dishes and two fresh juices was about 950 pesos. thanks! a little hard to find, but it is immediately fucked away next to paula cars.

I'm so glad I made it to Bambu. My only issue was finding parking on the crowded street. Regardless, the food was fantastic, and I appreciate that they offer vegan options. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Eating is amazing, cheap and so fill in. some dishes that they can share because they are big. it is so easy to veganize and the people are recommended soou beautiful.

Everything we ordered was expertly prepared and satisfying. It may be a bit off the beaten path, but the journey is definitely worth it. If you are vegan, be sure to inquire about any items that may contain dairy, such as sour cream. Overall, it was wonderful to have so many vegan choices available.

I love everything about Bambu from the atmosphere to the food to the amazing people. The plato de Meli is a must. It's a simple salad but full of flavor. La Matica is my next favorite dish. Vegans should be sure to ask for everything without cheese or sour cream. As other reviewers mentioned, the owners are from Taiwan and the style is Asian-fusion. The flavors are all wonderful. Highly, highly recommend it.
